Guests must go to the office at Via G. Mameli 6, 21010 Germignaga (VA) to collect the keys, provide their personal details, and pay the security deposit and any optional services (cash payments only).
The Municipality of Luino requires payment of an additional tourist tax of €1.50 per person per night.
Check-in is available on the arrival day from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Please inform us in good time of any delays.

BED LINEN / TOWEL RENTAL
The bed linen and/or bath towel package is not included in the rental price. It can be rented on request for an additional fee of €12 per person for bed linen and €8 per person for bath towels.
High chairs and baby cots can also be rented if they are not available in the apartment, at a rate of €3 per day each.
Guests who wish to rent the bed linen/high chair/baby cot package must inform the agency no later than 4 days before arrival.

CHECK-OUT POLICY
Guests must confirm a departure time upon arrival or notify the agency at least 2 days before departure.
Check-out is available on the day of departure from 7:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. Check-out takes place in the apartment after the apartment has been inspected and the security deposit has been returned.
The security deposit (in whole or in part) may be retained if there is damage, if the waste-disposal rules have not been observed, or if the premises have not been left in proper condition.
For guests wishing to check out before 8:00 a.m., the agency reserves the right to retain the security deposit. After the accommodation has been inspected, the deposit will be refunded by bank transfer.

WASTE DISPOSAL POLICY
Guests are responsible for disposing of their own waste.
All information on proper waste disposal will be provided at check-in.
Any waste left behind at check-out may result in the security deposit being retained (in whole or in part).
