Surrounded by lush nature and nestled among its vibrant colors, Villa Fiorita is a state-of-the-art semi-detached house surrounded by an enchanting garden full of flowers and a small lake, which together form an oasis of tranquility, ideal for a stay in the light of comfort and relaxation.

The recently renovated apartment, with an area of 120 m², offers a wonderful view of Lake Maggiore thanks to a magnificent balcony with awnings. The very inviting house consists of a large and bright living room, a functional kitchen with a fireplace and a beautiful dining area, a small bathroom, and two bedrooms, one of which has a cot and a sofa bed and one of which has a comfortable sofa. In total, there are four sleeping places.
As already mentioned, the outdoor area includes both the delightful balcony and the enchanting garden, equipped with the aforementioned pond, barbecue, table, and chairs.
The house also has Wi-Fi, a TV, an oven, a dishwasher, and private parking.
