Nestled in the authentic atmosphere of a traditional mountain village, the cabin is located just a few meters from the public parking area and can be reached on foot via a charming stone pathway of approximately 10 meters.
The cabin can accommodate up to four guests and is arranged over several levels. On the ground floor, you will find a kitchen equipped with a gas stove and a cozy rustic living room featuring a fireplace and a traditional wood-burning stove, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout the year.
A flight of stairs leads to the first bedroom, furnished with a bunk bed, with a charming bathroom located next to it. Climbing the final staircase, you will reach the second bedroom, a romantic mezzanine with a double bed that adds even more character to the cabin.
This cabin is the perfect retreat for nature lovers, hiking enthusiasts, and anyone wishing to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life. To offer a truly relaxing and authentic mountain experience, the property DOES NOT provide Wi-Fi or television.
Please read the property description carefully before booking. The cabin is spread over several levels connected by staircases and, due to its layout, is not suitable for very young children or guests with reduced mobility or disabilities.

Guests must go to the office at Via G. Mameli n. 6 in Germignaga (VA) 21010 to collect their keys, provide their personal details, and pay the deposit and any extra services (payment by CASH only).
The municipality of Luino requires the additional payment of a tourist tax of €1.50 per person per night. Check-in is allowed from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. on the day of booking. Please notify us in good time of any delays.
BED/BATH LINEN RENTAL:
The bed and/or bath linen package is not included in the rental price. It is possible to rent them at the customer's discretion, paying an extra cost of €12 per person for bed linen and €8 for bath linen.
High chairs and cots for children can also be rented, if the flat does not have them, for £3 per day each.
Customers who wish to rent the linen/high chair/cot package must notify the agency no later than 4 days before arrival.
CHECK-OUT REGULATIONS:
customers must establish a departure time upon arrival, or communicate it within 2 days of departure. Check-outs are allowed from 7.30 am to 10.00 am on the day of departure. Check-out takes place at the property, following an inspection of the house, for the return of the deposit.
The deposit (partial or total) may be retained in the event of damage, failure to comply with waste disposal rules, or failure to leave the property in a tidy condition.
For guests who wish to check out early at 8:00 a.m., the agency reserves the right to retain the deposit, which will be refunded by bank transfer once the property has been checked.
WASTE DISPOSAL REGULATIONS:
Guests are responsible for disposing of their own waste.
All information on proper waste management will be provided at check-in.
Any waste remaining at check-out may result in the partial or total retention of the deposit
