On the hills of Luino, surrounded by the lush greenery of a large park filled with centuries-old trees and featuring two beautiful swimming pools encircled by a small garden where guests can relax, stands a complex of terraced villas adjacent to a large multi-storey residence, Villa Castiglioni, not far from the town center and its attractions, all conveniently reachable on foot.
The complex also offers a laundry room with coin-operated washing machines and dryers for the exclusive use of the building’s residents. Tokens can be purchased from the caretaker.

Nestled in the greenery of a spacious park, there is a charming apartment of approximately 75 sqm located on floor -1, tastefully furnished and welcoming, featuring two lovely balconies equipped with tables and chairs.
The apartment consists of a bright living room with a beautiful dining area and fireplace, a separate and highly functional kitchen, a large bathroom, one bedroom, and a comfortable sofa bed suitable for a maximum of two children, accommodating up to 4 guests in total.
The apartment provides all necessary comforts, including a television, coffee machine, toaster, washing machine, oven, and two sun loungers.
The outdoor area includes a well-maintained park and the panoramic area surrounding the previously mentioned swimming pool, which is accessible to the public
Guests must go to the office at Via G. Mameli n. 6 in Germignaga (VA) 21010 to collect their keys, provide their personal details, and pay the deposit and any extra services (payment by CASH only).
The municipality of Luino requires the additional payment of a tourist tax of €1.50 per person per night. Check-in is allowed from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. on the day of booking. Please notify us in good time of any delays.
BED/BATH LINEN RENTAL:
The bed and/or bath linen package is not included in the rental price. It is possible to rent them at the customer's discretion, paying an extra cost of €12 per person for bed linen and €8 for bath linen.
High chairs and cots for children can also be rented, if the flat does not have them, for £3 per day each.
Customers who wish to rent the linen/high chair/cot package must notify the agency no later than 4 days before arrival.
CHECK-OUT REGULATIONS:
customers must establish a departure time upon arrival, or communicate it within 2 days of departure. Check-outs are allowed from 7.30 am to 10.00 am on the day of departure. Check-out takes place at the property, following an inspection of the house, for the return of the deposit.
The deposit (partial or total) may be retained in the event of damage, failure to comply with waste disposal rules, or failure to leave the property in a tidy condition.
For guests who wish to check out early at 8:00 a.m., the agency reserves the right to retain the deposit, which will be refunded by bank transfer once the property has been checked.
WASTE DISPOSAL REGULATIONS:
Guests are responsible for disposing of their own waste.
All information on proper waste management will be provided at check-in.
Any waste remaining at check-out may result in the partial or total retention of the deposit
